Day 59: Fun at the farm

Today we had a aver yearly start and did some tidying round the house, by lunch time we were bored and needed to get out. So on David's lunch he drove us too the farm ( love having passes). The girls and I made the most of our day, going to the lamb racing, tractor rides, high ropes, bunny hop and went in the sand, the maize maze and the indoor play center where Rosina met two school friends so she played with them. We had a lovely Darling girl day and now at home cooking up a mini roast before they go to bed,and I head out to Tel and Linsey leaving do.

Day 58: drinks on a friday night

Had work today a very busy shift but went quite fast, after David and Bella met me for lunch and then we got David's hair cut before heading to pick Rosina up from school. Other then doing the food shop we havnt done much today. Scott and Nicole are round now so a few nice evening drinks.

Day 58: Evenings in

Had a nice day off work! Went to the coffee morning at work this morning and Becca and Oliva came too which was nice :) Anabella got a replacement older sister for the morning. This afternoon we picked Rosina up and had a very long but nice walk home. This evening Scott and Nicole are round as he has finally booked his tickets so only 9 days left of his company before he goes.

Day 57: First day

Today was Rosina first day in reception. We had a successful morning of getting up early, me before the children can you believe. She was very excited for school and the two mile walk their and back made me feel very good too. Bella and I didn't do much with our first day alone, lots of paper work and sorting had to be done for the move so it wasn't very fun.

When we pick Ro up it was like she had grown up all ready from the way she was talking.

Me: How was school?

Rosina: ok

Me: What did you do?

Rosina: Play outside.

Me: What did you have for lunch?

Rosina: Pasta

Me: Did you meet anyone new?

Rosina: .....

Me: Who did you play with?

Rosina: Samuel and Reece..... I'm hungry now

Day 56: Sweet treat

Today is Rosina's last day before starting big school, full time. So we spent the morning playing together and then this afternoon went to get te last few bits sorted for school, and I treated her to a cake and a babycino at costa :)

We get our new house this month and Ro starts big school, how scary and exciting. Lo ts of packing still to be done it's quite overwhelming and hard with the little monsters about and work.

Also makes for nothing interesting to be blogged unless you want to see photographs of boxes. So instead here is a cute photograph of Ro her toys, it will be wired her not being here all the time.

Day 54: Salmon pasta

Had a day full if packing and work today, Rosina went to her friend Reece's birthday party at the farm and had a very lovely time :)

Day 53: Cheeky Monkey

We had a nice day today meeting gabby for a long lunch in the lancer, before heading to meet David finishing work so we could get a few bits done as I also have work today.

Day 52: These guys make me smile :)

Started my first shift of 6 days in a row today fun fun, but had a nice afternoon with the girls. Now for a evening with good friends.

Day 51: The Phrontistery of Procrastination

Today has been full of children, went to the coffee morning at work and we had a few people come back from last week which was nice, hopefully have a few more when school starts again. Then this afternoon we met Rosina's friend Reece at the park and his Mum and the sister which was lovely.

This evening Scott is round so today's photograph is Scott finally doing some research for his trip to Australia, he was meant to be gone before I went to American, but he is still here! We kind of want rid of him now so he doesn't know where our new house is! 

Day 50: Matching

Today has consisted of more packing and tidying, I will be so glad to get in the new house!

Day 49: Mr Spider

Today I have felt a lot better luckily. So I have spent most the day sorting through paper work with David and started more packing! I have work this evening so an early blog today.

Day 48: My 'American gothic' family

Not been well today, to the point where I have taken my first sick day since last October! I did have some very lovely family who came round and helped with the kids, cheered me up and looked after me .

Day 46: Lunch with Christina

Had a nice day today, we met Christina in town and went to the lancer for lunch, although as the girls were hungry early we had already had lunch so we went for desserts. It was great to have a catch up and a girly lunch :) afterwards we did a bit of shopping before heading to morrisons to do the food shop in time for David to finish work. This evening Scott and Nicole came round to see the girls and have a chill.

Day 45: Rabbit, rabbit, rabbit

Not a lot has happened in the world of me today, had work this morning and then met the kids at the park where Ro met her friend Evie from school which was nice. We had a quiet evening before they went to bed.

Day 43: Up, up, up

Today has been a quiet day where we watched lots of films, Anabella seems to be teething so she wasn't as happy as always but lots of cuddles helped. Time for work now though.

Day 40: Park times

Today has been a nice day with my girls, we watched lots of films and had cuddles. Then in the afternoon we went to the park and had a good long play and David made them very dizzy on the big round swing. When we got home David made a bed for baby lamb to save him getting wee on him again, and I made cakes with the girls.

Day 37: Fortune cookie

Today has been a lovely day, we all went to Aylesbury today and started off in Morrisons getting the rest of Rosina's school uniform some new polo's, socks, tights and a skirt. Then we went to Aqua vale for a swim the girls love it, and both swam very well, including Bella who with her arm bands was happy to swim on her own next to us. Rosina even braved the big slide and loved it. After a nearly two hour swim the girls were tired and hungry so David treated us to lunch at Noodle nation, if anyone goes to Aylesbury I highly recommend it as it is amazing and not badly priced. We then headed to sports direct where I picked up some black skinny jeans very cheap and they are so comfy :) 

When we got back we did our food shop and used the cheaply voucher in the sun to save £5 on meat! Then popped in to David's parents before heading home for the girls bedtime! Lovely day off now a movie and relax.

Day 36: Anabella

Had a long day go sorting out clothes, into keep and not! Good for the soul and means easier to pack. 

As I was so busy I ran and grabbed a burger from downstairs so I could actually eat before work.

Day 34: Cinema at home

Stole this photo off Becca as I did take my own but had to leave for work so no time to upload. But we had a home cinema at mine as missed the one we planned to go too due to my lack of Bella car seat. 

Day 33: Homemade Sundaes

What a horrible rainy day, yet was quite nice me and the ladies met up with Sam and James for a coffee this morning and was lovely to have a catch up. Afterwards we went to see David on his lunch. Had lots of paper work to do this afternoon so it wasn't that fun!

Day 32: Sharing a coke with Dad halfway across the world :)

Had a nice day today took the girls to work for lunch as I was being lazy, then we meet David for his lunch break. This afternoon we spent with Gabby making chocolate brownies and chatting.

Today I got a bottle of coke that has my Dad's name on so I am share it with him from halfway across the world. 

Day 31: Friday nights with my best boys

All I can say is we love wine and vodka! Tom and Dave looking so attractive!

Day 30: Giant pencil

Today has been a rather productive day off work of tidying, packing and doing what has seem to become my weekly clean of baby lamb. When David got home from work I crashed with Bella and had a short nap before getting on again. We then took a walk to morrisons to get some bits in for dinner and on the way back had a play on the giant pencil in the park.

Day 29: Your not meant to eat ice cream off the table.... My bad

Rush rush rush, but lovely day with Becca and our ladies, although bit of a palaver finding somewhere to eat lunch that didn't have a hours wait but we got there in the end and had a lovely time.

Day 28: Lego Bella

Had a lovely day although I am tired already before work! This morning Rosina and I met with Samuel and him Mummy Jo which was really nice! Ro gave his a ty  toy pig and they played so well. Afterwards we met David and Bella and went to try and find the RSPCA cats but we couldn't sadly instead we did find a reptile shop and look there.

Day 27: Sandra, Joe and Roro

Had a nice day today, made lunch at home to take out to town so we could meet David for his lunch but eat for free :) we went to eat in the park and met Sandra and Mariam in the park so we say with them and the kids ate and played nicely. Annoyingly I lost my card yesterday so I had to rush off the the bank to get a replacement sent and some money out for the week, as I also needed to buy Rosina PE kit for september before they run out of sizes! After a bit of a mad rush round town doing everything we pop in to work so see Sandra and Joe for a quick coffee break. Now to relax before work.

Day 26: Hot

Had a rather busy day today, needed to go shopping this morning so after David made us all a pancake breakfast we headed to Milton keynes. Shopping took longer then expected so we had to rush back for Rosina as she had a birthday party to get too. I stayed with Rosina during the party and had a nice chat with all the Mum's the kids all enjoyed playing on the bouncy castle! Afterwards David picked us up and we went to his parents for tea and cake. 

This evening we had a nice BBQ again :) and I tried to take a good photo of the fire in the coals. 

Day 25: Girly day

Had a lovely day today, we went to the farm with Becca, Olivia and Katie. It was raining so heavily when we got there though that we got soaked running from the car to the farm! After a ŵet start we had a lovely day, spending most of the day in the play centre inside, although we did venture out to see the animals in the barns and stroke the rabbits. We ended up playing at the farm till 6.30, so by the time we left we had some very hungry tired ladies. Anabella was just that bit too tired so we dropped her off at home with Daddy before going for a nice dinner at pizza express.

Day 24: Tom, Rosina and Anabella

Had my morning shift today which went quickly although I was a bit late due to over sleeping! David met me for our Friday lunch date which was a bit rushed as he had gone on his break before I finished. 

Tom is over now and we have had a nice afternoon with the ladies, and once there in bed we will have wine times :)

Day 23: Pick n Mix

Today has been a good day, even though it has been on very little sleep. We had a baby,EEG in the park today to talk about the future buggy walks, and buggy boot camp which I'm itching too start to try and tone up and lose a few lbs. before we went to the meeting, we met Sandra at The Swan, and a few other new Mummy's and baby's whom Sandra met through net mums. Then we all went done together, it was a very hot day so during the meet we all had a picnic, and then after the kids all ran around and played together. After an afternoon of playing Anabella and Joe were ready for their naps, so we parted ways and Rosina and I wondered around town until Bella fell asleep. 

This afternoon when David got home from work we went to visit our house to be, it was lovely to be invited and to see it again and for the girls to view it, we also met our new neighbours to be, who have children at very similar ages.

Day 22: Holding hands

My days where I have work I always have to rush my blog even more so when David is on the late too. We went for a nice long walk together and started on the park where the girls nicely held hands and walked.

Today's photo is a bit blurry which I will try and fix as it is only the way I am uploading it not the actual photo but it will have to do for now as I'm off to work. 

Day 21: Daddy's girls

David had his day off today, which is always a bit of a shame as I work in the evening so we do not get a full day together. Yet I managed to get a lay in so I'm not as drained for work, and we spent a nice day together going to the shop, where we bumped into Millie and Luke and their birthday boy Alfie. then we took our lunch to the park for a picnic.

Day 20: Lavender fields

Got to blog quick as rushing for work, lovely but funny day with Becca and all our ladies at the lavender fields in Hitchin.
